Sockeye Salmon

Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon have a vibrant red color and bright colored red meat. One of the leanest wild alaskan salmon, sockeye salmon average between 5-8 lbs. With our plant being located on the Kenai Peninsula, one of the Salmon capitals of the world, we know a thing or two about sockeye salmon. All of our fish are hand bled, slushed iced, frozen within hours after being harvested.
