Sashimi Grade Ahi Tuna

Sashimi Grade Ahi Tuna is boneless, skinless with the blood line removed. Our premium grade Ahi tuna, also known as Yellowfin tuna, is an excellent fish for sushi, searing, or eating raw. We carry both Saku Block Ahi Tuna and Ahi Tuna Steaks. Yellowfin Tuna Saku Blocks and Ahi Steaks are 100% ready to go just simply thaw, slice and serve. AAA Ahi Saku Blocks are 10 to 14 ounces and are sold per block. Ahi tuna steaks are 6-8 ounces each and sold per lb.
