Yelloweye

Alaskan Yelloweye Rockfish is a delicious fish known for bright orange colored scales and white translucent meat. Yelloweye are caught in the Gulf of Alaska and are among the largest and sweetest tasting of any rockfish. Alaskan Yelloweye gets its name because of the large yellow eyes that stand out against the bright orange coloring of the rockfishes body.
