Orders are shipped Monday through Thursday via FedEx Priority Overnight service. In most cases, orders received before 2:00 p.m. Alaska Standard time Monday through Wednesday will ship the following day. All other orderss will be processed the next business day. FedEx does not usually require a signature and will leave your order at the door. Please note-Packages will not be left at the door of an apartment.

Gift certificates will be mailed through U.S.P.S. and should arrive within 3-5 business days.

All perishable products are shipped in insulated boxes and packed with Dry Ice or Gel Ice. Your seafood should arrive in a semi-frozen state or chilled. In the event your product is thawed, but still cold, it is fine to put it in your freezer.

Return Policy: At Great Alaska Seafood we make every effort to ensure your order is accurately packed. In the event an error is made, we will promptly refund your money upon return of the product in a frozen state.
